Configuring Diagnoses / Disabilities


Diagnosis Codes (Disability) Utility


The  Diagnosis Codes (Disability) Utility is important for both managing available diagnoses/disabilities as well as for ICD9/ ICD10 compatibility.

For ICD10 readiness make sure that all active disabilities have a Valid status in the ICD10 2015 Validity column. If it says invalid you must update the ICD10 and the ICD 10 Formatted columns. 

Disabilities can be configured by:

  1. Navigate to the Provider Build section.
  2. Select the Disability Utility from the Utilities drop-down.
