2025 was all about growth! This year, we spent time developing high-quality content to help you get even more value from SETWorks. From publishing new Knowledge Base articles, creating industry-specific blogs, to hosting informative monthly webinars, our library of resources continued to develop right alongside your organization in 2025.

This year, we we attended 47 events—6 more than last year—all of them in person! We traveled to 27 different states, also an increase of 6!
These conferences gave us countless opportunities to connect, support, and network with our clients and the industry, especially through the 30 presentations done at conferences.

2025 Product Highlights
2025 was a busy year for SETWorks—and we couldn't do it without you! Together, we introduced new features and enhancements shaped by real provider needs and a shared vision for stronger workflows, comprehensive compliance support, and less administrative burden.
SETWorks AI, our HIPAA-compliant suite of AI features designed specifically for disability services was our answer to the challenge providers are facing across the country: how to do more with less. Created for providers, by providers, SETWorks launched several AI tools that continue to transform the future of our community.
As we wrap up the year, we want to share a glimpse of where SETWorks is headed. In 2025, we’ve been intentionally looking ahead — thinking not just about the next year, but the next decade — and asking what providers will need in a rapidly evolving world.
