NEW! Forms Functionality: Present User Signature Option
Collect multiple staff signatures quickly, without logging out of SETWorks! Simply select the Present User (who’s not logged in), add their signature spot, and both users enter their PINs. The form will note that the signature was collected from the logged-in user’s account.
This is a great option for in-person signing sessions when staff are sharing a device, or for any form that requires multiple signatures, from intakes and ISPs to staff reviews!
Featured Feature: Training/Certifications/Expiration Field Utility
The Training/Certifications/Expiration Field Utility helps you easily keep track of important training and certifications for staff, consumers, and employers. This tool can add CPR, Meds Administration, Annual Reviews, Photo Consents, and many other required information fields directly into each profile so everything is stored in one place.
Additionally, this utility allows you to mark items as required prior to billing and set the expiration as active for all users. Overall, it’s a helpful tool to stay organized and make sure nothing important gets missed!
Recommended Report of the Month: Staff (User) Account Details Report
The Staff (User) Account Details Report gives you a clean and comprehensive snapshot of every user in SETWorks. This is great for quick reviews, monthly check-ins, or annual data clean-ups. The report neatly displays each staff member’s name, account, email, last login date, authorization permissions, role, department(s), and start/termination dates.
With all this information in the same report, it’s easy to track access and keep user records up to date!
